For someone in crisis\, that’s too long to wait. AWARE NI provides free\, immediate support – a lifeline when people need it most. \nBy signing up and stepping into the sea\, you’re helping ensure that no one has to face their darkest moments alone. \nWhether you’re a seasoned swimmer or more of a toe dipper\, this is your chance to take on a challenge and make a real difference. Every splash helps us continue supporting those living with depression\, anxiety and bipolar. \nOnce registered\, you’ll receive an information pack along with everything you need to get started with your fundraising. \n\nEvent Details\n🟡 Date: Sunday 13 September 2026🟡 Location: Benone Strand🟡 Registration opens: 9:30 am🟡 Sea dip begins: 10:15 am \nYour registration includes an AWARE NI t-shirt and refreshments on the day. \n\nImportant Information\n\nBy registering\, you confirm that\, to the best of your knowledge\, you are fit to participate\nAll registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable\nUnder 18s must be accompanied by an adult\n\n\nA small ask\nWhen completing your registration\, you’ll have the option to cover a £2.30 transaction fee. Choosing to do so helps us reduce costs\, meaning more funds go directly towards providing vital\, life-changing mental health support.
