Papageno Media Prize 2022

On September 8th 2022 the “Papageno-Media-Prize” for suicide preventive media reporting will be awarded for the 4th time. The prize is awarded by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection in cooperation with the Austrian Society for Suicide Prevention, the Wiener Werkstätte for Suicide Research and the Kriseninterventionszentrum. The prize will be presented by Federal Minister Johannes Rauch at a gala event in Vienna.
The “Papageno-Media-Prize” is part of Austria’s national suicide prevention programme SUPRA.
