Q. Is this an In-person or Virtual Conference?
A. This is an in-person event only and IASP looks forward to welcoming all delegates to Bangkok.
Q. What if I register and then change my mind and no longer wish to attend?
A. Our cancellation policy applies. All cancellations and alterations to registrations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
If the cancellation notice is received prior to May 1st, 2024 – 50% will be retained.
If the cancellation notice is received prior to May 25th, 2024 – 100% will be retained.
Q. Can I pass my registration to others if I am unable to attend?
A. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome however details of the substitute delegate must be advised to the Conference Secretariat prior to the commencement of the conference.
Q. Are there any Bursaries available?
A. If we are fortunate enough to secure funding for bursaries, the team will make an application form available on the conference website.
Q. Will there be childcare available during the Congress?
A. There will be no childcare facilities available for this event.
Q. Do I need a VISA?
A. The 11th Asia Pacific Conference is a MICE industry (Meeting, Incentives, Convention, Exhibitions) event supported by TCEB (Thailand Convention Exhibition Bureau). Ordinary passport holders who wish to enter Thailand to participate in a MICE event (Meeting, Incentives, Convention & Exhibitions) supported by TCEB are subjected to be granted a Tourist VISA, therefore, delegates travelling to Thailand need to apply for a 'Tourist Visa'.
A welcome letter has been provided for all international delegates to support your VISA application.
Please ensure you confirm individual VISA requirements with your local embassy.

How to get there
Plane
29 minutes from Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) and 36 minutes from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).
Delegates must arrange their own transfers before and after the conference.
Train
The Landmark Bangkok is conveniently located to the BTS and MRT transit systems and your gateway to the city.
