Rex Uche Ndubisi-Nwankwo is a Researcher, Renewable Energy Expert, an Independent Public Health Consultant and a Social Impact Entrepreneur. Rex is a passionate public speaker whose expertise is converting human problems into solutions. He is also the incumbent Rotary International Club VP Abuja DownTown 2020-2021 and the President Nominee for 2021-2022.

As a researcher, he conducted a baseline assessment for USAID Funded Projects called Jhpiego. Rex is among the 100 cohorts that successfully conducted the African Union Scientific Technical and Research testing for the African Union Network of Sciences Portal in June 2018. He earned a Certificate in Project Management Global Health from the University of Washington in 2020 and a Certificate of Proficiency in Global Public Health from the Public Health Foundation of India in 2015. His Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration is from the University of Nigeria (UNN).
