Suicides are the 3rd leading cause of death among 15-29-year-olds.
In Cameroon, suicide has been reported in all demographics, including medical doctors, teachers, students, farmers, business people, religious leaders…
No suicide prevention strategy/policy/plan in Cameroon.
It is not only stigmatized but also a taboo topic in most communities in Cameroon.
