Ripple Suicide Prevention Football Tournament

The West Ham United Foundation and Ripple Suicide Prevention Charity are excited to announce the launch of their third annual five-a-side football tournament, proudly sponsored by Shawbrook Bank and HTB, in support of mental health and suicide prevention.
This year the tournament will take place on World Suicide Prevention Day, Thursday 10 September at The Foundry, the Foundation’s £5m state-of-the-art community hub, with entries for teams now open.
Last year’s tournament brought together over 170 participants, raising more than £30,000 to support the life-saving work of both Ripple Suicide Prevention and the West Ham United Foundation, with Allica Bank crowned winners of the men’s tournament, while Field Fisher lifted the women’s cup.
Created by lifelong Hammers fan Alice Hendy MBE in memory of her brother Josh, Ripple Suicide Prevention is a digital tool (available as a browser extension or via Wi-Fi integration) that intercepts harmful online searches and provides immediate support to those in crisis. Since its launch, it has been implemented across all West Ham United staff platforms and continues to expand its life-saving reach.
