World Suicide Prevention Day (WSPD) is observed worldwide annually on 10th September. Created by the International Association for Suicide Prevention (IASP) in conjunction with the World Health Organization (WHO), this global commemoration serves to focus attention on the tragic fact that deaths by suicide are preventable.

This year, Crisis Resolution Malta (CRM) brings together leading clinicians, policymakers, emergency responders, and community advocates to Sant Anton Palace in Attard. Our goal is to shift from silence to open support, changing awareness into action in order to deliver immediate help to individuals experiencing acute emotional distress.
