Join the Macedon Ranges Suicide Prevention Action Group (MRSPAG) as we come together to recognise World Suicide Prevention Day and help raise awareness of suicide prevention, hope, and community connection.This annual walk is an opportunity to remember those we have lost, support those who have been impacted by suicide, and stand together to remind one another that no one has to face life’s challenges alone.The morning will include:
💙Live music
💙 Guest speakers
💙 A community walk through Woodend
🕊️ A special remembrance where the names of loved ones lost to suicide will be read aloud (optional)
If you would like the name of a loved one included in the remembrance, please email your request to suicidepreventionwalk@mrspag.com.au before the event.
Our trained Peer Support Volunteers will be available throughout the morning to provide a safe, supportive space for anyone who may need a conversation or some additional support.
