This Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, Clavia Health invites you to The Check-In Circle — a gentle, guided art therapy experience designed to create space for reflection, self-expression, connection, and honest conversation.
Together with a licensed therapist, we’ll explore the human experience, talk openly about suicide prevention, answer questions, and use art as a tool to express what keeps us connected to life. 💚
No artistic experience is needed. Just come as you are. We’ll provide the art supplies; you bring your creativity and your willingness to check in. 🎨
