Q. Is this an in-person/virtual/hybrid forum?
A. This is an in-person event only, and IASP looks forward to welcoming delegates to Denarau Island, Fiji.
Q. What if I register and then change my mind and no longer wish to attend?
A. Our cancellation policy applies. All cancellations and alterations to registrations must be made in writing to the Forum Secretariat.
If the cancellation notice is received prior to 31 July, 50% will be retained.
If the cancellation notice is received on or after 31 July, 100% will be retained.
Q. Can I pass my registration to others if I am unable to attend?
A. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome; however, details of the substitute delegate must be advised to the Forum Secretariat prior to the commencement of the conference.
Q. Do I need a VISA?
A. A Visitors visa is issued to citizens from non-exempted countries for up to 4 months or a period granted for other purposes. Ensure your application is approved prior to your travel.
Visitors Permit is applicable to citizens of visa-exempt countries and is issued on arrival. Please refer to the list of visa-exempt countries here. Visa eligibility and requirements can be found here.

Q. Are there any bursaries available?
A. We do not currently have bursary funding available. Should this change, announcements will be made immediately.
Q. Will there be childcare available during the forum?
A. There will be no childcare facilities available for this event.
Accommodation Suggestions:
A wide range of other hotels and accommodation options, including homestays, are also available.
Coach transfers will be available for delegates to pre-book, with bookings essential at the time of registration. Pick-up will depart from Nalagi Hotel at 8:30AM, with return transfers departing the Sofitel at approximately 6:00PM back to Nalagi Hotel.
