Emily Chan is a Research Assistant working with Dr Mark Sinyor at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre as part of the Suicide Prevention Research Collaborative. She currently supports the Partnerships for Life/Alianzas por la vida – Americas Region initiative, assisting with knowledge translation, coordination, and regional communication efforts in both English and Spanish. She has a background in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and youth mental health research and is developing her interests in suicide prevention, global mental health initiatives, and policymaking.
