Q. Is this an In-person or Virtual Congress?
A. IASP is planning for an In-Person Congress and look forward to welcoming all delegates to Piran.
Q. What if I register and then change my mind and no longer wish to attend?
A. Our cancellation policy applies.
Q. Are there any Bursaries available?
A. Unfortunately, at this point there are none available. We hope for this to change and if any become available we will update the website and notify our mailing list.
Q. Will the congress be 100% Hybrid?
A. No, not 100%. All sessions will be recorded, with some sessions, including all Plenaries, live-streamed. Other sessions will be released in the months immediately following the Congress. A full schedule of the live streaming and later releases, will be available once the programme has been finalised. All Delegates, In Person and Virtual, will have full access to the live stream and recordings.

How to Get There
1hr 10 minutes from Trieste (IT) Airport, 1hr 35 minutes from Ljubljana (SI), 1hr 10 minutes from Pula (Croatia), 2hr 20 minutes from Venice (Italy) airports.
Please note, Venice Marco Polo Airport is the closest international airport to the venue with a wider variety of connections available.
Delegates must arrange their own transport before and after the conference. Transportation to the main airports can be booked here. In the organiser's experience, the shared transfers are both reasonable and comfortable.
