Q. Is this an In-person or Virtual Conference?
A. This is an in-person event only, and IASP looks forward to welcoming delegates to Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Q. What if I register and then change my mind and no longer wish to attend?
A. Our cancellation policy applies. All cancellations and alterations to registrations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
If the cancellation notice is received prior to 1 April 2027 – 50% will be retained.
If the cancellation notice is received on or after 1 April 2027 – 100% will be retained.
Q. Can I pass my registration to others if I am unable to attend?
A. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome; however, details of the substitute delegate must be advised to the Conference Secretariat prior to the commencement of the conference.
Q. Do I need a VISA?

Q. Are there any Bursaries available?
A. The Congress organisers are currently seeking funding for bursaries. As soon as funding is available, announcements will be made.
Q. Will there be childcare available during the Congress?
A. There will be no childcare facilities available for this event.
