Candle lighting event

WSPD is marked in at least 63 events all over Norway. They are all listed on the map here: www.leve.no/verdensdagen/.
On the evening of the WSPD, on the Universitetsplassen in the city cenre of Oslo, volunteers light 610 candles in memory of all who took their own life in Norway in 2022.
Volunteers then carry the candles to the parliament and hand over a campaign signed by over 21000 individuals, encouraging the government to do more of what we know works to prevent suicide.
